Staying in business tomorrow, depends on how we treat customers today.
Our reputation is only as good as our last email, last phone call, and the last project we handled.
It is our goal to deliver excellent customer service. I know, I know. Everybody says that these days. But we know what it’s like to be a customer . . . deadlines get missed, phone calls go unanswered, email requests sit for a week, you ask 4 questions in an email and the long-awaited reply only answers #1 and #3. Customers deserve better!
We are a small but growing independent publisher.
Our goal is to publish about 10-12 titles this next year. We don’t have room to get lazy.
We’re not trying to compete with the big guys. That’s not our market.
We think there is plenty of business to go around . . . and it will go to those who exceed customer expectations and give authors an awesome experience.
Our goal is to grow slowly and steadily by giving amazing focus and detail to each and every project.

We attended a writer’s conference a few months ago.
A noisy crowd was waiting for a workshop to begin. The audience was a diverse group of about 60 people from various age groups.
The session presenter walked up to the stage, took the microphone in hand and started his presentation by asking two questions.
“How many of you have completed a manuscript, or have one pretty close to being done?”
About 40 hands went up all across the room.
“Next question, how many of you have a plan for how to get that manuscript published?”
One by one hands dropped until only a few remained. Five to be exact!
That spoke volumes to us. It was one of those “AHA” moments. Here’s what it says about authors:
Authors have a passion to create ~
Why else would someone do the hard work day after day, week after week, month after month, to stare at a blank white page and slowly fill it with their imagination, experiences and perspectives?
It’s just in their blood to invent – to start with a white blank page and bring forth a new creation – something that’s never before existed. Thank goodness for them! The world is richer for their courage to create. But it tells something equally important . . .
Authors could use a little help ~
After all the months of hard work with their manuscript, authors could use help to take that little darling and get it into the hands of their intended audience. And in many cases, they need help building a community of fans who would be delighted to discover what they’ve written.
Good news! This site exists to help authors put their works in the hands of their readers. We’d love to work with you.
